As I sit here writing this post I can not believe that a year ago today I gave birth to the most precious little girl. I'm sitting here rethinking everything that was going on at this exact time and it just blows my mind what I was going through and what everyone else was going through just waiting on her arrival.
This has been the most amazing year and I'm just so thankful that God brought this amazing little person into my life and she has changed it more than I can explain it. From the moment I saw her I was completely in love with her and couldn't wait for this journey that we were going on together.
That first night I remember I didn't want to be away from her for a minute but Justin and I were exhausted, we had been up since 3:30 that morning because was were suppose to be at the hospital at 4 for the induction. By the time I had given birth and our family had come into see us it was close to 1:00 in the morning. We were both so tired that we decided to let Parker go to the baby lounge for a couple hours so we could get some much needed sleep. All I remember is crying because I felt like I was being a bad mother because I was sending her away:(
Well all I can say is that I have come along way from that first night and I will say its been an amazing ride and I can't wait to see what happens. (I part of me can wait because this year has gone by way to fast!)
Well yesterday we has Parker Ann's first birthday party and it was amazing! My parents drove in on Friday and the birthday celebration was Saturday morning after Parker's nap time so she was definitely in a good mood.
