Parker's First Pumpkin

Well last Saturday we took Parker to a local church that had a mini pumpkin patch.  We were going out to Justin's parents house later that night for a pumpkin carving contest so we decided that we all needed a pumpkin.

You  can see how excited she was, she loves to sleep in her car seat.  Here are a few other pictures we took while we were picking out our pumpkins.

Parker's first trip to the Fair

We decided it would be fun to take Parker to the Alexandria Fair tonight, as you can see she was very excited to go!  Now of course when we got there she was asleep. We ended up meeting up with some friends and their little boy when we got there.  I was actually able to talk Justin into riding a ride with me, which I don't know if you could call it a "ride" it was just going down one of those slides!  If anyone know me they know I'm really not big on fair rides.  I think that Justin and I were both glad that Parker is to young to want to ride the rides!

  Parker ended up waking up a little while after we got there.  She was very alert and couldn't stop looking at all the lights, I really think she had a lot of fun. :)

Bath Time for Parker

Well Parker is getting better and better when it comes to bath time.  Its a far cry from our first experience giving her a bath, to say the least she HATED it, she couldn't stop crying.  Now we have discovered that as long as we keep the water on her and she says warm she is a happy little girl!

Here I go...

Ok, I am going to try and attempt to start a blog.  We have a lot going on but I'll try to give you the short version.

I recently became a new mom to a wonderful, beautiful daughter Parker Ann Rogenmoser.  She was born August 28, 2010 @ 11:30 pm.  She weighed 7 pounds 8 1/2 ounces and 20 1/2 inches and is absolutely PREFECT!!

Justin and I are adjusting to parenthood but it can definitely be challenging. I think the first week was the hardest, but I had my mom here and Justin's mom here to help me.

Our House...

Not only do we have a new addition to our family but we are also in the process of building our first house and should be able to move in the first week of November
