Happy 8 Months Parker Ann

I can not believe my little girl is 8 months old!  Its just crazy that she is growing up so fast and every day I just thank the Lord for such an amazing gift.  Parker is still just talking up a storm and squeeling up a storm.  She is crawling around everywhere!!

-Parker is PULLING UP on everything now!
-Parker has celebrated her first Easter and I took a few shots of her with some of her presents from the Easter Bunny.
-Parker has also moved up into a new car seat that her GiGi got for us and she LOVES it.
-Parker also tried puffs for the first time and wagon wheels.  She loves them both!  She can grab the puffs but sometimes they get stuck in her hands so the wagon wheels are definitely easier for her to eat but a little more messy.
-Parker has also tried some turkey and rice baby food, she was a little unsure about it at first but I think she is coming around to it.

She is still such a happy little girl and I can't wait to see what she does next.  Justin and I are so blessed!

Hot Springs Visit

Well Parker and I traveled to Hot Springs for another visit this past weekend for one of my best friends baby showers.  It was really great to see some of the girls I went to high school with.  I was also able to take some pictures of Parker in her Easter dress that my mom got her and this cute little bubble suit that my grandmother made for me and my sister when we were young. We had great trip!

Gone Fishin'

Well today was a fun day, Justin decided to take off work a little early today and take us girls fishing!  Ever since we found out that we were going to have a little girl Justin has said how he can not wait to take her fishing, well I know she was a little young and she really didn't do a lot she did have a blast with her daddy.

Okay, I think Parker is trying to do everything at once.  I would think she would be content with crawling but no, my little overachiever wants to pull up on things now.

Happy 7 Months Parker Ann

Ok, I can't believe she is 7 months old, time really needs to slow down.  I'm going to try to make this a quick post because I have another one to add after this and then hopefully I'll be caught up.


Changes from 6 to 7 months.

- she has tried all the stage 1 baby foods and her favorites are sweet potatoes and all the fruit, she loves the fruit!

- she is CRAWLING!! I can't believe it, she has been doing the "army crawl" for a while but just recently she  put it all together and she is officially on the move.
- she is now in size 3 diapers

These were the hardest pictures I've ever taken with Parker, I could not get her to sit still, she was determined to move! So I hope I took some good ones

Visit to Hot Springs

Ok, I know I'm a little behind on the posting but I'm going to try to catch you up on everything today, I just hope Parker naps long enough for me to do that.  Well last weekend Parker and I went to Hot Springs to celebrate my Dad's 65th birthday.  My sister and my nephew were coming as well so we had a few things planned.  Once Parker and I got there I couldn't help but snap a few pictures of her.  It was such a pretty day I couldn't resist.

Little did I know that these would be the only outside shots we would be getting for the entire weekend.  Friday morning we woke up to a second helping of WINTER, said you heard me winter, I couldn't believe how cold it was.  For most of friday Parker and I just hung out at GiGi's house, Katharine and Barnes arrived sometime a little before 4 on friday afternoon.


I definitely did not pack for a winter visit.  I had the cutest little bubble suits packed for Parker so we all loaded up-Katharine, Barnes, and GiGi in one car and me, Parker and Pops in the other.  We decided to go to Old Navy and get a couple of items for the unexpected weather. Saturday we woke up hoping that it was be a little warmer but unfortunately we were wrong so our plans to go to Garven Gardens were a no go. 

My best friend Gena was in town so I invited her over to meet Parker. So Gena, her husband Matt and Gena's mom Mrs. Johnson came over on saturday morning for a little visit.

Later on Saturday we went over to Britani's house her a play-date with Barnes, Parker and her little girl Avery.

We had a great weekend with my parents and with Katharine and Barnes.  I'm just going to add a few more pictures that I took over the weekend. Hope y'all enjoy.
